My car's AC stopped working during a heatwave. The mobile mechanic came to my office, diagnosed the issue, and had it blowing cold air again in no time. The mobile service is incredibly convenient for my busy schedule.
Sergio arrived in a timely fashion and was well equipped and knowledgeable. He fixed my car in 45 mins and made sure everything ran great. The representative on the phone was understanding and answered all of my questions. Im grateful for a service like this.
The tech who came out to my home to diagnose the problem with my Dodge Roadtrek RV was amazing. I had this 19 foot behemoth on the lawn where the gas co. needed access, and I could not get it to move. I hesitated to tow it, so found "Instant Car Fix" to come to my home. I wish I could recall the tech's name (it was 03/29/24), because he was such a delight to have working on the van. He diagnosed the problem and made me feel completely comfortable that he knew exactly what the issue was. Definitely putting "Instant Car Fix" in my phone for the future, and YES, I would !00% recommend!!
I was very happy with the service. I requested the same technician (Sergio) for the second service I got because he did quality work and I felt comfortable/safe with him working on my car. I’m definitely going to use this service again.
The gentleman that worked on getting me a mechanic was very nice, efficient and communicated well. He kept me informed as as to when the mechanic was coming. Then when he would be arriving. Eli drove a long way to get here, but he immediately went to work until he accomplished the request. We were very pleased with his professionalism and efficiency. First time using this service and it worked out great. The only issue I had was the time scheduled. Scheduled for 11 to 3 pm and mechanic showed up at 530pm. He was a bit behind schedule and I was getting a bit nervous, but once he arrived, he knocked out the job super quick and I'm back on the road again. Would use again if I need to. Thank you for the service.
Instant Car Fix did an amazing job with my repair. The mechanic arrived on time, checked the issue thoroughly, and explained the steps he was going to take. He worked steadily and carefully, and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. The best part was the convenience of having the repair done at home without needing a tow truck. This service saved me a lot of time and hassle. Definitely recommended
I recommend InstantCarFix. Customer service is awesome. Called at 8am and they answered all my questions and walked me through the process. Sergio showed up in a reasonable time and was very helpful and explained in detail what he had to do. He walked me through each step. My car was as fixed by 2pm. I plan on using them again.
Fantastic service! First time using the service and will use it again. Aaron was respectful and on time. Living in a rural area makes services like this hard. If I drove to get it checked out, I could have caused more damage and cost. Absolutely a life and wallet saver.
