Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. So convenient! Thanks so much!
I had to get expedited service on the 4th no less and even though the tire was not repairable, the wonderful service tech stayed for about 20 mins until I could meet him to access my spare which he installed for me. Such a kind and knowledgeable gentleman who really saved me today! Thank you all and highly recommend this company if you need mobile repairs.
Very painless, quick, and easy at a decent price. Mechanic was on time, friendly, and flexible and was able to quickly replace my battery in a broken down car in a private garage in less than a hour. Recommended.
My car wouldn’t start, and I needed it fixed ASAP. I booked a same-day service, and within a few hours, the mechanic arrived and diagnosed a bad battery. They replaced it on the spot, and I was back on the road. Super convenient!
We had our car completely die on me on my way home from work. Bought a new battery thinking that was the issue. Turned out it was the alternator. Got a quote online and booked an appointment for the next day and to say I am amazed is an understatement. Our mechanic was absolutely amazing! Kevin was quick, but made sure he did everything correctly while being efficient. Kevin was very knowledgeable and obviously a master in his trade! I was very skeptical about trying this because I’ve never heard of anything like this but this whole thing saved me a lot of time, money and stress. I will definitely come back if I ever have anymore issues with my car. 10/10!
Very happy with the mechanic instant car fix sent to my house. I could not figure out my no start issue , I called a different mobile mech service and he came twice and could not start my car and told me to tow it to the dealership. Called you guys and he had it running 1 hour after arriving and explained it to me. Great service
The Mechanic Matt that came to do our car was excellent. He deserves a 5 star rating he was professional, time efficient, knowledgeable and an expert mechanic. I will tell my friends about Instant Car Fix and about Matt the Mechanic.
Instant car fix sent us out Keegan he was on time and very professional. I was a little skeptical because I never used a mobile mechanic before but Keegan was very knowledgeable and got the job done I got my brake pads replaced and he did it in a timely manner. I would recommend Instant car fix again and again great service and true customer service and care by Keegan. Thank you 😊
Needed some work done on my car and didn't have the time to get it to the shop because of my work schedule. This was very convenient and they did a great job. No complaints. The Mechanic, Bruce, was great and was very efficient.
