I recently took my car to Instant Car fix for some maintenance work, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. Not only was the staff friendly and professional, but they also went above and beyond to explain the issues with my car and the repair process. The service was completed in a timely manner, and the final cost was reasonable compared to other shops in the area. This service is so great! The mechanic (Billy) found my truck in my confusing parking lot at work with no issues, was super nice & knowledgeable & he fixed it way faster than I expected! Definitely recommend!!!

Needed some work done on my car and didn't have the time to get it to the shop because of my work schedule. This was very convenient and they did a great job. No complaints. The Mechanic, Bruce, was great and was very efficient.
Awesome service. Very prompt & great communication! I am in Anchorage, AK! Got an oil change and white smoke was coming out of the tailpipe. They were able to send someone out for a diagnostic the next morning! It cost me $175, I appreciate the mobile service as I did not want to drive my car and potentially have it breakdown on me. No serious issues but I appreciate how accessible, reliable, & honest our mechanic was!
The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.
Duncan was quick and efficient. just had a front pad slap done and it took him no time finishing the job. I definitely recommend their services and I will be calling them to do my back brakes next. thanks, Duncan.
I booked this service with less than 24 hours notice, and true to their promise, they delivered with no delay. I live in another state, so I sent them to visit a cargo van I was interested in near DC. I was told by the seller the transmission had a "kick", so I asked them to pay close attention to it. The mechanic they sent, Lee, did a full inspection and took the extra time to give me a call and walk me through his observations on the overall condition of the vehicle, including the engine and the transmission, and the work that I'll likely have to put into it. They gave me enough info to negotiate with the seller and not overpay for the van. Would use them again 100%.
