I have never used a mobile mechanic before. Tom was amazing! He drove two hours to get to me and sat and heard my sob story and made sure I was good to go. So, I called Instant Car Fix, and they responded immediately and scheduled for diagnosis within few hours. The technician was knowledgeable and had experience with servicing cars. He told me that the alternator was the issue and needs replacement. I went online and booked an appointment to replace the alternator and belt. When I compared the price, the instant car fix price was highly reasonable, and moreover, I liked the professionalism of the technician. The technician arrived on time with replacement parts of good quality and irrespective of that day being a scorching hot summer day, the technician patiently replaced the faulty alternator and fixed my car.
