I had an incredibly positive experience with Instant Car Fix (ICF) and am highly pleased with the overall service they provided. Good vibes surfaced during my initial contact with the company. The first clue was being able to speak with a real live person who seemed genuinely interested in understanding and resolving my repair needs. Kareem, the repair technician, was extremely personable and professional. He expertly performed the repairs, patiently explained the procedures, and offered me suggestions to avoid future problems. The good thing is that you can easily have a chat with them on Yelp and get a quote. Then you can book an appointment online. So everything is really smooth and you know the process, time, and price in advance. The mobile mechanic came to my place and did the job as it should.
The mechanic, Yung, was very knowledgeable and replaced the tie rods on my car. I live in a rural area and being able to have a trustworthy mechanic come to the house instead of having to spend the day at a repair shop is appreciated. I will use this service again.
The mechanic named Dan/Danny or sounds like it because my husband is the one who talked with him is very professional with his job He really knows the detailes and we can highly recommend him to anyone. We really love the service because they will really help you in any way that they can!
Recently got my brakes fixed by instant car. Fix the mechanic named Dre came through as expected and replaced my brakes and rotors within an hour he was quick and efficient and very knowledgeable in his craft. I give this company 5Stars due to professionalsm. Booking was so easy. They quoted me a fair price and give me 5 percent off. Also their mobile mechanic is an expert and very good of he does. He replaced my Cadillac CTS starter in less than an hour. Others say is gonna take 3 hours. He did it less than that. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their car repaired.
The gentleman that worked on getting me a mechanic was very nice, efficient and communicated well. He kept me informed as as to when the mechanic was coming. Then when he would be arriving. Eli drove a long way to get here, but he immediately went to work until he accomplished the request. We were very pleased with his professionalism and efficiency. He completed the repair carefully and checked everything before leaving. I didn’t feel rushed at any point. The ability to stay home while my car was fixed made the whole experience much easier.
