My experience was long but amazing….My alternator on my 2012 Toyota Tundra died on me while leaving Savannah Ga three hours away from home. I was stranded at a Gas Station off Interstate 16. No one could help me so I called Instant Car Fix and yes I had to wait for the mechanic. Still, I have never seen a mechanic change an alternator in a difficult position with such professionalism, and he assured me he would have me back on the road and home with no problems. He delivered….If you are ever in need of a great professional mechanic ask for Mr. SHAY NORTHCUTT and your worries are over….This man is a true professional and honest. Thank You Mr. Northcutt.

Sergio did an excellent job! My appointment was set from 11 a.m - 3 p.m. on Sunday and he showed up promptly at 11 a.m. Sergio was extremely pleasant to deal with and explained everything very well. Within about 20 minutes the job was done! I will definitely be using this service again and specifically asking for Sergio! This is the best mobile service I have had! Great job!
Im very satisfied with the job I would give 10 stars if i could the mechanic done a great job he was there on time no reschedules he was very friendly got the job done pretty fast and now im back to having my own ride back and forth to work this place is a blessing for me
James took care of us and he was fantastic. Knowledgeable and professional, and he finished the job fast. I had to get back to MA quickly, and he made it happen on a Sunday afternoon. Very happy customer!
