Spencer was able to come out to me in the middle of nowhere on Fourth of July and despite my car being extra difficult (improper service from a previous mechanic) he stayed until the job was done. Super friendly and knowledgeable, I really appreciated his work and would definitely recommend his services to anyone having car troubles.
Justin is the man! I booked my service window for 2-6 on a Sunday and he was right on time at 2. He knocked the job out in 30 minutes while keeping me informed on what the issues were. Very easy platform to use as well.
These guys are amazing I booked an appointment with them for a different date, but they texted me saying we have the parts and can come over the same day in the evening and can do the service. They are that fast and reliable service I ever seen. The mechanic who came over for the service is real good, I feel bad about not have the space he need to do the service as I don’t have the drive way so need to park in parking spaces which I have. But the mechanic took the challenge and did it anyway, sorry guys.
I’m glad I found this service. My car was unable to drive due to it overheating. A tow truck was too expensive for my budget. I found this site and made an appointment for the next day. Richard showed up within the time window expected. He was nice and professional. He replaced my water pump in a timely manner and got my car back up and running. Thank you so much Richard!
Needed an oil change and this service was AMAZING! First off pricing was good, the mechanic was here at the beginning of the window and he was super friendly!!! Sergio is the man if you live/ work in the Sterling area. I will be using this service and him again for sure!! Thank you!!!
I am so grateful for this company and their fabulous staff and excellent customer service. I will give them 1 million stars. I will definitely call and hire them again. Amazing service. I work on my own car but had a cv axel stuck and was done trying to pry it out. I called them and paid ahead of time for service to be done the next day. The mechanic calls and shows up an hour later, which was even better. You can tell he had a lot of experience and tools because he got the axel out in 30 minutes, while it took me 6 hours and a lot of cuss words and got no where. Pricing was average if not cheaper . I feel like VA car and tire would have charged me double and I would have had to drop it off. Great experience, I will use them again if needed.
I had a smooth and stress-free experience with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic was polite, patient, and very skilled. He explained everything in detail and didn’t mind answering my questions. The repair was handled professionally, and I could tell he took pride in his work. Being able to get my car fixed without leaving home was a huge relief. I’m happy with the service and would choose them again..
The AC in my car wasn’t blowing cold air, and I didn’t have time to sit at a shop. Instant Car Fix sent a technician who diagnosed the issue as a bad compressor relay and replaced it in under an hour. Super convenient!
