I had a lovely experience with Instant Car Fix! They got me scheduled within a couple hours and actually came the night before at 9:00 to get it done! Estimate was 2 hours but Justin got my car fixed in just over 1!! Excellent service and customer care, will definitely be contacting them again on my next problem!

I was kinda of nervous initially with a mobile mechanic, however all my worries became non existent. The entire process is seamless , from the service reps who follow up with you after scheduling online to mechanic arriving to your location. The fact that any work can be done from your home is a plus . My truck was stalling while idling , I replaced the part that was causing the issue , I explained to the mechanic once he arrived that I recently replaced the throttle body . During the diagnosis he programmed the throttle to my truck and waited awhile ,after to ensure that was the fix to the issue. Once that was we resolved I was advised that I may need a few minor fixes in the future but overall I was good to go . I highly recommend Instant car fix and will most definitely reach out to them for any future issues. The entire process went smoother than any experience that I’ve ever had with any mechanic shop!!! I had a great experience with Instant Car Fix. My car battery died unexpectedly, and they sent a mechanic the same day. He replaced the battery quickly, tested everything, and made sure my car started perfectly. The mechanic was polite, patient, and very professional. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on them when something goes wrong.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. They offered amazing prices and they showed up on time. They got right to work, they were extremely friendly. And they even worked with me to get the correct parts for an issue that was unrelated. My mechanic bent over backwards to ensure that I had the best experience and I have Zero complaints.

I was a little skeptical at first. You guys charged my account before the work was started and completed. Sergio arrived and completed one side very quickly. My wife why you didn’t do it yourself, because I don’t know what I am doing. Sergio just completed half the work. Sergio explained to me that my vehicle requires additional repairs, and showed me the condition of my old part. I am completely satisfied with the repair.

WARNING _ I read BBB review and I almost didn't proceed - Buy was I happy to have leaned on Google reviews. Service was "perfect" truly perfect! highly recommanded! The communications between us: email and sms, was fantastic and equally important :L the service was On time, on budget and super quality!
