When my car wouldn't start in my garage, I scheduled an appointment with Instant Car Fix to have my battery replaced. On the day of my appointment, Rashad called me to inform me that my vehicle has a non-serviceable battery and instructed me to have my vehicle serviced at the car dealership. When I told him I couldn't get the vehicle to the dealership because the battery was dead, he told me about a battery reset button in my vehicle that would provide an auxiliary charge to the battery that would enable me to start my car. It did, and I was able to drive my vehicle to the dealership for service! Rashad then assured me that the fee I paid for a battery replacement would be fully refunded. The staff at Instant Car Fix truly deserves all of the 5-Star reviews they've received - the service they provide is outstanding!
The mechanic who came out was amazing and was there within an hour. I was across the street using the restroom and grabbing some to eat for my daughters when he called and said he had arrived. I walked back to my truck and he finish the job within minutes and I was so grateful because it couldn’t been worse. Will definitely use them again if I needed it. Thank you instant fix
Convenient, responsive, and fair service. Hadn't used a mobile mechanic before, but getting a tow truck into my apartment building's parking garage seemed infeasible, so I gave it a try. Glad I did. Bit of a language barrier with the particular mechanic I got, but he was very friendly and patient, so we worked through it without issue.
Requested a last minute hub assembly repair same day, came out quick and got the work done fast. Thank you guys for the amazing service! I was a little sketched from the initial reviews but I ran into no problems with this company nor mechanics that came out. Will use these guys again for future car repairs
Wayne Jackson provided top notch professional work and is a good mechanic! He reassembled engine and also reinstalled the timing chain to Ford Mustang GT Manual Drive and did NOT WASTE TIME! He didn’t rush either and answered my questions with exact direct answers which provided me more confidence in this process! All I can say is if you are gonna use this app and need service request Wayne Jackson!
My LR3 overheated and I ruined a lot of parts (thermostat housing, radiator, etc!) These guys came to my home and fixed it. They were very professional and forthcoming with information. It’s a pretty straightforward process and the mechanic knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to use them again. I also got a belt replaced that I needed to do anyways. 10 out of 10. I love my SUV and they got to it right away and kept in touch throughout the process of waiting for parts and etc.

Got my brakes and calipers changed and told them to check out the car to see if I need anything else fixed. My car is 8 years old and it feels like I'm driving it like it was the day I got the car. Honest people is what I want to say. I got a quote from dealership of couple thousand dollars. They suggested brakes, thermostat, control arm, serpentine belt on a car with just 40K miles on it. I got the car back and asked for instant car fix folks to estimate for all the OEM parts and labor. They came in way low in price. So i was very happy but still not sure about the service since this is new company. On the appointment date They came in with certified mechanic, he looked at brakes and said it still is at 8mm (vs 1 mm which dealership said). Thermostat is working perfectly fine, when I asked him to check control arm bushing, the mechanic was almost laughing. Guess what, they didn’t have to fix anything. The car was ok and more importantly these guys are super honest. They could have changed everything and charged me couple thousand bucks but were happy with just diagnosis fee. Can you believe these kind of honest company exists in marketplace. On the other hand I feel like suing the dealer.
