Awesome service! After visiting 2 shops who were overcharging and adding unnecessary items to my quote, I called a mechanic for my brakes that were urgently needed. He had me buy the parts because he was "on his way". He was a no show and I had already spent the money. I wished "Mobile Mechanics" were a thing so I didn't have to return them and go to a shop. I googled Moble Mechanics and found Instant Car Fix! Not only do they come to you but they give you the option of supplying the parts! It sounded to good to be true. I went through the process, got a quote, chose a timeframe and entered payment details (a hold is placed to ensure you have the funds before service is provided), booked the service and prayed they could get the work done before I had to get the kids from school. The mechanic arrived within the quoted window frame and already had my tires off by the time I came out to give him the parts/keys. It took about 30 minutes total! Instant Car communicated when the mechanic was on his way, arrived and needed me outside via text message. It was very convenient, affordable and quick. Damien (sp?) the mechanic was very professional and courteous. He even discussed other concerns I will need addressed soon. We recently lost our mechanic we have had for 15 years because he moved down south. The rates Instant Car charged were about the same as my prior mechanics :) This service was a life saver! Highly recommended! They will be my go place for regular maintenance. Thank you!
Mechanic arrived earlier than scheduled with a phone call of course. Replaced the alternator promptly and also helped with some other small issues. I will definitely use this service again when needed. Thanks so much!
The mechanic who came out was amazing and was there within an hour. I was across the street using the restroom and grabbing some to eat for my daughters when he called and said he had arrived. I walked back to my truck and he finish the job within minutes and I was so grateful because it couldn’t been worse. Will definitely use them again if I needed it. Thank you instant fix

He worked efficiently and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was being done. The whole process was smooth and the repair was completed quicker than I expected. Instant Car Fix was so helpful. My car was in urgent need of front break pads and rotors changed and they came first thing in the morning (almost two hours before their actual opening hours) to my house and serviced my car. Sergio was so kind and fixed the problem perfectly. He seemed so detailed and meticulously changed the break pad and rotors and confirmed with a test drive as well. I will definitely be using car fix for future service needs as well!

I was worried about the cost and hassle of getting it towed to a shop, but Instant Car Fix made it so simple. The mechanic arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and fixed it for a fraction of what the dealership quoted me. I’ll definitely use them again!
Amazing service. I work on my own car but had a cv axel stuck and was done trying to pry it out. I called them and paid ahead of time for service to be done the next day. The mechanic calls and shows up an hour later, which was even better. You can tell he had a lot of experience and tools because he got the axel out in 30 minutes, while it took me 6 hours and a lot of cuss words and got no where. Pricing was average if not cheaper . I feel like VA car and tire would have charged me double and I would have had to drop it off. Great experience, I will use them again if needed.
