Lucy called and connected me with the mechanic and Bryan followed up afterwards. The mechanic wrote a detailed report, and took pictures. I wish I would have had a PPI done on previous vehicles. For me, it's worth the investment. It's better to spend a little and find out a lot versus spending a lot later because you knew very little.

She had the new battery but it was so heavy she could not lift the old out to replace the new herself. They came out promptly and swapped it out. She is ecstatic now she has her car back after going for months with no transportation. The only thing I think might make the service better would be to offer a senior discount. Otherwise I highly recommend.

They were able to send someone out for a diagnostic the next morning! It cost me $175, I appreciate the mobile service as I did not want to drive my car and potentially have it breakdown on me.
