The mechanic James was extremely helpful in diagnosing and explaining the problems and how it would be fixed. He made sure to get the proper part we needed and was able to get it fixed quickly. He ran the engine to insure it was fully fixed and that there were no additional problems.
Instant car fix sent us out Keegan he was on time and very professional. I was a little skeptical because I never used a mobile mechanic before but Keegan was very knowledgeable and got the job done I got my brake pads replaced and he did it in a timely manner. This was an amazing experience. I called the company and they were able to send out a technician the very next morning. Mike showed up, diagnosed, and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He was courteous and professional. Not only that, the charge was very similar to what I would’ve paid, if not less, had it brought it into the dealership
I got a quote for my BMW 3281 oil valve gasket replacement online and the quote was lower than the usual mechanic I use. They showed up at my house within a few days and had all the tools and parts necessary. The mechanic used to work at the BMW dealership. He did a great job and was organized and kept everything clean. He also did the job in shorter time than originally expected and was able to save the valve cover even though he thought it might break when he removed it because it was so sealed on there. I was very impressed and will use them again.
When my car wouldn't start in my garage, I scheduled an appointment with Instant Car Fix to have my battery replaced. On the day of my appointment, Rashad called me to inform me that my vehicle has a non-serviceable battery and instructed me to have my vehicle serviced at the car dealership. When I told him I couldn't get the vehicle to the dealership because the battery was dead, he told me about a battery reset button in my vehicle that would provide an auxiliary charge to the battery that would enable me to start my car. It did, and I was able to drive my vehicle to the dealership for service! Rashad then assured me that the fee I paid for a battery replacement would be fully refunded. The staff at Instant Car Fix truly deserves all of the 5-Star reviews they've received - the service they provide is outstanding!
