He explained the repair step by step and made sure I was comfortable before starting. The repair was completed efficiently and tested thoroughly. I scheduled an appointment the same day and Mike and his co-worker came around 6pm. They both worked hard and completed the job successfully and that too during a very cold and windy evening. The mechanic James was extremely helpful in diagnosing and explaining the problems and how it would be fixed. He made sure to get the proper part we needed and was able to get it fixed quickly. He ran the engine to insure it was fully fixed and that there were no additional problems.
