Germaine was awesome. He came 20 minutes early, was extremely helpful and friendly. Was able to look through and find potential issues. Was head over heels better than the other company that came out to look at. Totally recommend
First time using this service and it worked out great. The only issue I had was the time scheduled. Scheduled for 11 to 3 pm and mechanic showed up at 530pm. He was a bit behind schedule and I was getting a bit nervous, but once he arrived, he knocked out the job super quick and I'm back on the road again. Would use again if I need to. Thank you for the service.
The service from Instant Car Fix was top-notch. The mechanic was on time, prepared, and very polite. He gave me a clear explanation of the issue and walked me through how he planned to fix it. The repair was done carefully and thoroughly. Being able to get my car fixed at home made a huge difference. This is a service I can trust, and it absolutely deserves 5 stars.
Instant Car Fix provided outstanding service. The mechanic arrived on time, communicated clearly, and worked patiently through the repair. I never felt rushed, and he made sure the issue was fully resolved before finishing. The entire process felt honest and smooth. Being able to get my car fixed at home was a huge benefit. Amazing service!! Thank you! My elderly mom lives in another state and was in dire need of a battery swap. She had the new battery but it was so heavy she could not lift the old out to replace the new herself. They came out promptly and swapped it out. She is ecstatic now she has her car back after going for months with no transportation. The only thing I think might make the service better would be to offer a senior discount. Otherwise I highly recommend.
Very happy with the mechanic instant car fix sent to my house. I could not figure out my no start issue , I called a different mobile mech service and he came twice and could not start my car and told me to tow it to the dealership. Called you guys and he had it running 1 hour after arriving and explained it to me. Great service
I cannot recommend this place enough! Especially as a female! Not only was I treated with respect, the mechanic spent time with me to explain things! He went, what I would consider, above and beyond!!! I would use this guy as my mechanic for the rest of my life! If somebody could contact me so that I can give him a tip I would greatly appreciate it I'm going to try to get in touch with them right now. Thx again. It's rare that you go to a mechanic and don't feel bent over!!! 5☆☆☆☆☆5☆☆☆☆☆5
It was an amazing experience. The technician was very polite and listened to everything I said carefully and provided all the answers and showed proof of everything he did without asking. I will use their services again for sure!
I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and absolutely clueless. I called Instant Car Fix and they were literally there in minutes! The mechanic was super friendly, had my spare on in a flash, and even checked the other tires. He was professional, quick, and incredibly helpful. I seriously thought I was going to be stuck for hours, but they saved the day! Highly recommend!
