Had a mechanic come out to replace the starter on my van. Cold wet and real nasty winter day. Mechanic arrived on time, worked in the slop, removed and replaced the starter, My only complaint is he left before I could give him a tip. Highly recommend
I had an incredibly positive experience with Instant Car Fix (ICF) and am highly pleased with the overall service they provided. Good vibes surfaced during my initial contact with the company. The first clue was being able to speak with a real live person who seemed genuinely interested in understanding and resolving my repair needs. Kareem, the repair technician, was extremely personable and professional. He expertly performed the repairs, patiently explained the procedures, and offered me suggestions to avoid future problems. I was told by a shop I didn’t need rotors but my brakes were stuck. I called Instant Car Fix and a mechanic showed up and explained that with stuck calipers my brakes were constantly engaged and for sure heated my rotors and there was a high probability they were warped and explained that replacing the rotors along with the bad calipers and worn brakes is the only way to go and be safe. Don’t go with backyard mechanics or a shop that tells you different. If you brakes are stuck and overheating the rotor, be safe to yourself and other drivers Replace the rotors along with the calipers and brake pads. It’s a lot cheaper to replace rotors while it’s already being serviced than it is after it’s all back together. INSTANT CAR FIX IS NOT OUT FOR MONEY. THEY ARE OUT TO KEEP YOU SAFE. No shop would have explained all that. They would have waited for you to come back and spend more money on warped rotors. These guys are honest and professional and care about the safety of the customers and other drivers. THESE GUYS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO. 110% SATISFIED.

Was pretty certain the Alternator had died out on me, but went with the diagnostics first which confirmed Alternator. Scheduled a visit with alternator replacement. Found the mechanic to be knowing what they’re doing. Professional as well. The service advisor was in constant contact and everything went very smooth & timely. I recommend diagnostics first followed by online scheduling for next day. Will use them again. One improvement - They could improve by providing their work warranty on their bill of sale as websites change over time.
Great experience with Instant Car Fix office and Mechanic. Mechanic was very thorough and explained in details the work he will be performing, he did a great job for 40k service on my car. Dealer quality service in my own driveway for less than dealership cost.

The customer service is top notch here at Instant Car fixed and it starts when calling the place.They were able to get me in very quickly, I came here to get my brakes replaced and for an oil change. Service was great! There was a bit of a problem with them receiving the wrong part, but they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Will be a returning customer and would recommend to friends and family.
