He answered my questions without talking down to me! Awesome service! After visiting 2 shops who were overcharging and adding unnecessary items to my quote, I called a mechanic for my brakes that were urgently needed. He had me buy the parts because he was "on his way". He was a no show and I had already spent the money. I wished "Mobile Mechanics" were a thing so I didn't have to return them and go to a shop. I googled Moble Mechanics and found Instant Car Fix! Not only do they come to you but they give you the option of supplying the parts! It sounded to good to be true. I went through the process, got a quote, chose a timeframe and entered payment details (a hold is placed to ensure you have the funds before service is provided), booked the service and prayed they could get the work done before I had to get the kids from school. The mechanic arrived within the quoted window frame and already had my tires off by the time I came out to give him the parts/keys. It took about 30 minutes total! Instant Car communicated when the mechanic was on his way, arrived and needed me outside via text message. It was very convenient, affordable and quick. Damien (sp?) the mechanic was very professional and courteous. He even discussed other concerns I will need addressed soon. We recently lost our mechanic we have had for 15 years because he moved down south. The rates Instant Car charged were about the same as my prior mechanics :) This service was a life saver! Highly recommended! They will be my go place for regular maintenance. Thank you!

The mechanic arrived at my home exactly when scheduled, was very respectful, and explained what needed to be done before starting. He worked efficiently, double-checked everything afterward, and made sure I was happy with the result. My car runs perfectly now, and I didn’t even have to leave my driveway.

So my alternator died on my way home from work Saturday night. I set up an appointment with Instant Car Fix at 11pm. The mechanic showed up Sunday afternoon and repaired my truck with no issues. On time service and professionalism.
Got my brakes and calipers changed and told them to check out the car to see if I need anything else fixed. My car is 8 years old and it feels like I'm driving it like it was the day I got the car. Can't thank Instant Car Fixed enough for their work! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest auto repair that has fair prices!

They will get the job done and test and double test to make sure everything is fixed correctly! If you schedule an appointment they will fulfill their obligation. Even if they get behind schedule, just be patient and they will get you right! Much cheaper and more accommodating than a dealer! 10/10
The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.
