This five star review is for the mechanic, Justin, who came out to fix my truck and an additional car. He was really amazing. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He completed the job quickly with no hassle. I would recomend his services to anyone. He absolutely knows what he is doing. If it wasn't for Justin, I would have given this review a one or two stars. The process of making an appointment was frustrating with a lot of hoops. The initial representative was rushed and placed the order before I could finish telling him that I had two vehicles that needed work. This led to some mix ups and they ended up trying to send two mechanics instead of just one. I even emailed screenshots of my order which had both cars listed and they still tried to send two mechanics.
I used the Instantcarfix oil change service today. It was very convenient. Team was very professional and helpful. Oil got changed in time, where I was able to do other stuff. Saved me the wait time in the service shops which can be in hours sometimes. Super happy to find this and I will be using it for my future car services. Gary was very responsive to my emails and set the schedule up quickly. Tom, the mechanic was free a day earlier and came on out. He was able to pinpoint the battery drain and fix the problem within the two to three hours we discussed. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic.
Needed a complete brake job. There were obstacles along the way, but they kept me informed. Bringing me in to the shop to show and explain everything that was happening. Instant Car Fixed worked extremely hard to get it done in one day, Finished it in a day, with a few bonuses thrown in. I appreciate that they took the time to do it right.
I had an issue with my car starting even after jumping it. Sergio came and was able to diagnose the issue and even get the starter to work as a temporary fix enough to get my car moved. The price they quoted me to fix it was very fair for the part and labor even when compared to an auto store or elsewhere though I ended up trying to fix it myself. I also really appreciated how helpful the person on the phone was who gave me advice and scheduled us. All of this ended up being a better deal then towing my car to a shop. I haven't always had the best of luck with mechanics, but I am glad I was able to find these guys and would absolutely recommend them.
