My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.
Great experience. Car was serviced without having to leave home, wait in the lounge; all done while I continue to live, work and do what I need to be doing. Tech was courteous and explained what was being done. Car is “back” in order. Not quite magic, but it might as well be.

He worked efficiently and didn’t cut corners. Once finished, he made sure everything was working properly. It was refreshing to have such a straightforward and stress-free experience.

He worked steadily and made sure the problem was fully resolved. I liked that there was no pressure and no unnecessary extras. The whole process felt transparent and easy. I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.
I had an absolute blast working with ICF. First, I called them to confirm that the problem I believed the cat had and Abdelkader showed up and in no time was able to confirm the problem was the throttle body. I then booked a second appointment for 2 days later and Abdelkader being the awesome dude that he is; he showed up an hour early and unfortunately I missed his calls. When I realized he had called, I called him back and he turned around and came back. He replaced the throttle body in no time and even gave me a ride to the parts store close to home to get a new air filter. The car started fine without issue and all the codes cleared out. I can’t thank this crew enough for everything. Would be great if they had a mobile app but I’m sure that’s in the works. Anyways, if you need a mobile mech, reach out to ICF. I researched other mobile mechanics in the area and the cheapest I found was $20 more than ICF’s price including parts and labor

Got into a little accident with my 2001 L IS300 the wheel studs were bent. And kept grinding on the e brake hardware. Had an instantcarfix mechanic come through to help me find the issue and fix it. Make sure you know your car model well, that way it’s easy to. Communicate with the mechanic about your issue. But everything was straightforward it is expensive but, they get the job done in a timely manner.
