The tech who came out to my home to diagnose the problem with my Dodge Roadtrek RV was amazing. I had this 19 foot behemoth on the lawn where the gas co. needed access, and I could not get it to move. I hesitated to tow it, so found "Instant Car Fix" to come to my home. I wish I could recall the tech's name (it was 03/29/24), because he was such a delight to have working on the van. He diagnosed the problem and made me feel completely comfortable that he knew exactly what the issue was. Definitely putting "Instant Car Fix" in my phone for the future, and YES, I would !00% recommend!!

The gentleman that worked on getting me a mechanic was very nice, efficient and communicated well. He kept me informed as as to when the mechanic was coming. Then when he would be arriving. Eli drove a long way to get here, but he immediately went to work until he accomplished the request. We were very pleased with his professionalism and efficiency. I heard about this place through a friend of mine. When I looked into them I seen the raving reviews looked at the pricing the fact that they come to you made it easier as my brake pads were bad so I didn't want to drive it anywhere to cause more damage. Long story short Steve got here on a Sunday morning around 10:40 am and he was done with my brake pads by 12:00 pm the guy was here in a timely manner, he was very cool respectful and very knowledgeable . He even had me test drive it to make sure the brakes were good before he left . I will be using them for all my car repairs best thing since sliced bread.

He answered my questions without talking down to me! I've had a couple bad experiences with mechanics telling me I needed work done that I didn't really need, so it was nice to deal with someone who didn't do that!
