Mark came out and was very professional. He was able to get my car to start despite dodge placing the part in the worst spot. Trust me I tried myself, and hired these guys to know it out. They did a great job and car sounds great.
I got tired of waiting two weeks for a dealership appointment, so I tried Instant Car Fix instead. Best decision ever! The mechanic was just as skilled, but I didn’t have to leave my house or deal with the hassle of drop-offs. I’ll be recommending this to all my friends!
WARNING _ I read BBB review and I almost didn't proceed - Buy was I happy to have leaned on Google reviews. Service was "perfect" truly perfect! highly recommanded! The communications between us: email and sms, was fantastic and equally important :L the service was On time, on budget and super quality!
The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.

He worked steadily and made sure the repair was done correctly. I appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Having my car fixed right at home saved me a lot of time. The mechanic James was extremely helpful in diagnosing and explaining the problems and how it would be fixed. He made sure to get the proper part we needed and was able to get it fixed quickly. He ran the engine to insure it was fully fixed and that there were no additional problems.
I can’t say enough about this company especially if you have NO ONE to help you even get to a mechanic shop. I was recently in the hospital and my battery died in my car. Thank goodness I found Instant car fix because they were a life saver. Not only was the mechanic Amari not fantastic, but he even came on time. He changed my battery and was so professional while doing his job. I liked his work so much I’m having him come out next week to do my tuneup because unfortunately my spark plugs need to be changed and I am years overdue which is also why my car is still struggling to turn over. I wish there was a way to make him my everyday mechanic! Prices were fair and this was a perfect resolution for a car that wouldn't start, otherwise requiring a tow to a mechanic.
