They have no knowledge on new model hybrids car battery system. Recommend me to bring back to the dealer. The problem is my car cannot move. I call them immediately, originally I was hesitating, but better than call the toll truck to toll my car back to the dealer. I was a little skeptical because I never used a mobile mechanic before but Keegan was very knowledgeable and got the job done I got my brake pads replaced and he did it in a timely manner. And they even worked with me to get the correct parts for an issue that was unrelated. My mechanic bent over backwards to ensure that I had the best experience and I have Zero complaints.
My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.
I needed my alternator and serpentine drive belt replaced. The mechanic showed up on time, was polite, and got the job done! The pricing was reasonable and my car was fixed in my driveway. Will absolutely go back to this company for my next car repair :)
