The technician arrived on time with replacement parts of good quality and irrespective of that day being a scorching hot summer day, the technician patiently replaced the faulty alternator and fixed my car. I was pleasantly surprised by the how easy they made the process my car needed q new starter and they came out that day diagnosed the problem and even try to fix it that very day instead the next morning they were waiting to fix it as soon as I got up my car is running I didn't have to pay for a tow and both mechanics I met were very nice they always stayed in touch with me as I was waiting even the girls so far as to respond well into the night promptly I would most definitely recommend trying them out it cost the same if not less than taking it somewhere and the results are even better
My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.
I can’t say enough about this company especially if you have NO ONE to help you even get to a mechanic shop. I was recently in the hospital and my battery died in my car. Thank goodness I found Instant car fix because they were a life saver. Not only was the mechanic Amari not fantastic, but he even came on time. He changed my battery and was so professional while doing his job. I liked his work so much I’m having him come out next week to do my tuneup because unfortunately my spark plugs need to be changed and I am years overdue which is also why my car is still struggling to turn over. Thank you Instant car fix
This company is amazing. I’ve used them twice now and both times have been great. The mechanics are always on time, professional, and very good at what they do. It’s so much easier than going to a shop.
Quick and easy experience. Loved that I didn’t have to leave my home. Scheduled late on a Wednesday for the next day. Had to wait for the parts to be delivered so my service was delayed a few hours (my fault for scheduling so late) but the company had great communication and updated me with an eta. Will be using again.
Usually my max is 4 stars but I am impressed with the fact that all the work was done right outside my apartment. It took time but I have an Audi. Special work was needed. The mechanic got it done. I took a chance on a shop that I was unfamiliar with. I love my car and I won’t allow just anyone to fix it. I will recommend them whenever I am able. Thanks.
