The reviews for this business were excellent and as law enforcement, I research things very thoroughly to avoid possible scams. I also compared prices with past battery costs and past dealer costs. Your company is fairly priced and efficient, and I very much appreciate that it is available for cars to be serviced at home or another location. It saved me a tow and a trip to the dealer for what was a straightforward issue to fix. I will definitely use the company again and I also did a Facebook post and tagged y'all 😊
Amazing service! Talk about being professional, punctual, and convenient all in one. They helped install aftermarket springs on my Dodge Challenger without having any issues. I personally thank them for making it out on time and allowing me to get this done without compromising the rest of my day. I would like to thank the technicians as well as the owner for being very nice and understanding. Also, their prices are incredible compared to doing the work at shop or a dealership. I would 110% recommend them to anyone looking for work to be done on your car.
Jeff was the mechanic who arrived to fix the steering lever bushing. He was very pleasant to work with. He explained and presented the issues he found which assured me that the problem that I suspected was the actual issue which kept me informed. He explaned the process and then fixed the problem. I had called other mobile repair services but none would follow up. Glad that I called Instant Car Fix. After booking the service I was a little concerned, the customer service was excellent and Jeff was outstanding. This call saved me a tow fee.

Because of his precise and detailed work, he found several issues with the car that I would have never known about on my own. He took his time, did not rush, and gave me clear feedback along the way. He also took photos and provided a full list of everything that was wrong with the vehicle, which made everything easy to understand and gave me proof to walk away with confidence. These guys are amazing I booked an appointment with them for a different date, but they texted me saying we have the parts and can come over the same day in the evening and can do the service. They are that fast and reliable service I ever seen. The mechanic who came over for the service is real good, I feel bad about not have the space he need to do the service as I don’t have the drive way so need to park in parking spaces which I have. But the mechanic took the challenge and did it anyway, sorry guys.
The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.
I was traveling and I needed to leave town the same day, but I realized my VW break pads weren’t good and I couldn’t drive the car, so I called Instant Car Fix and they came that day and fixed. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much Instant Car Fix

I'm not able to leave my home during the day due to working from home...so I needed a mechanic who can come to me...The mechanic they sent was fantastic (his name was Steven)...he drove in from Pennsylvania on short notice to make sure my brake pads were fixed before I left on my trip. I am very happy with the responsiveness, but also the quality of the Steven.
