He made sure I understood what needed to be done and why. The repair was completed with care and tested afterwards. It was great not having to go to a shop or wait in line. Sergio has been the best mechanic I've had in a long time! On time, friendly, polite , very professional and knowledgeable. Sergio changed my brakes and rotors on my Acura RDX. He explained everything he was doing, showed me tthe parts that were bad. I liked Sergio's honesty as another mechanic, fews days before told me I needed more work on my car then I obviously did need. I would highly recommend Sergio! Good and honest mechanics are hard to come by. I definitely would recommend Sergio. I will be calling again! Thank You, Sergio!
I had rotors and brake pads change. My brakes started squeaking. The clip was put in wrong and started cutting into my rotors. I paid them to have a diagnosis. The guy showed the clip was not flush to the caliper. Pictures were taken. Showed not fault they did not want to replace my rotor. They are garbage
I have never used a mobile mechanic before. Tom was amazing! He drove two hours to get to me and sat and heard my sob story and made sure I was good to go. He did a wonderful job making sure my car was ready to be on the road and that I was comfortable . He was very knowledgable and professional! I would highly recommend him!
