I can’t say enough about this company especially if you have NO ONE to help you even get to a mechanic shop. I was recently in the hospital and my battery died in my car. Thank goodness I found Instant car fix because they were a life saver. Not only was the mechanic Amari not fantastic, but he even came on time. He changed my battery and was so professional while doing his job. I liked his work so much I’m having him come out next week to do my tuneup because unfortunately my spark plugs need to be changed and I am years overdue which is also why my car is still struggling to turn over. When my car wouldn't start in my garage, I scheduled an appointment with Instant Car Fix to have my battery replaced. On the day of my appointment, Rashad called me to inform me that my vehicle has a non-serviceable battery and instructed me to have my vehicle serviced at the car dealership. When I told him I couldn't get the vehicle to the dealership because the battery was dead, he told me about a battery reset button in my vehicle that would provide an auxiliary charge to the battery that would enable me to start my car. It did, and I was able to drive my vehicle to the dealership for service! Rashad then assured me that the fee I paid for a battery replacement would be fully refunded. The staff at Instant Car Fix truly deserves all of the 5-Star reviews they've received - the service they provide is outstanding!
