Was pretty certain the Alternator had died out on me, but went with the diagnostics first which confirmed Alternator. Scheduled a visit with alternator replacement. Found the mechanic to be knowing what they’re doing. Professional as well. The service advisor was in constant contact and everything went very smooth & timely. I recommend diagnostics first followed by online scheduling for next day. Will use them again. One improvement - They could improve by providing their work warranty on their bill of sale as websites change over time.

I wish I could recall the tech's name (it was 03/29/24), because he was such a delight to have working on the van. He diagnosed the problem and made me feel completely comfortable that he knew exactly what the issue was. So the bodyshop gave me a code and it was the Purge value. I used Instant car fix before for an Oil change and air filter, and the mechanic did a great job and I was happy with the service, I can say the same for the job the Mechanic did on Saturday July 31st, who showed up and worked on my car. Excellant work and I drove the car and everything is working great, when I hit the gas the car regained more power and it drives smoothly before I knew the purge value had started to fail. When I had to fill my tank and go start the car it wouldn't start right away, Today I filled my tank and my car started right up with no problems. Excellant service, and always an excellant experince. Thank you instant car fix for providing such a great service.
