He completed the job quickly with no hassle. I would recomend his services to anyone. He absolutely knows what he is doing. If it wasn't for Justin, I would have given this review a one or two stars. The process of making an appointment was frustrating with a lot of hoops. The initial representative was rushed and placed the order before I could finish telling him that I had two vehicles that needed work. This led to some mix ups and they ended up trying to send two mechanics instead of just one. I even emailed screenshots of my order which had both cars listed and they still tried to send two mechanics.
I had a very smooth experience using Instant Car Fix. The mechanic arrived on time and took a few minutes to listen carefully to the issue before starting any work. He explained what needed to be done in simple terms and worked carefully through the repair. Everything was tested before he left, and my car has been running perfectly since. Having the service done at home made everything much easier and stress free.
Ramon was so outstanding he made sure I was aware of the spark plugs and coil procedures and was very clean and also spoke Spanish and English made sure he cleaned up the work area and was neat wiping the area where he worked. Overall I would recommend his services to anyone. Excellent service
My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Hence, I was calling my friends and mechanic for help. They all said that the hybrid electric system different from traditional combustion engine car. They have no knowledge on new model hybrids car battery system. Recommend me to bring back to the dealer. The problem is my car cannot move. Hence I google around and find the Instant Car Fix Inc. it can send certified mechanic to my house. That’s perfect fit on my case. I call them immediately, originally I was hesitating, but better than call the toll truck to toll my car back to the dealer. The company quickly send a very professional experienced mechanic to my house within 5 min. He start up my car and inspected my car battery condition plus diagnose my car other area to make sure no other issues. The mechanic so professional and very patiently to listern your descriptions of your car problem before starting the diagnosis your car issue. Fix the mechanic named Dre came through as expected and replaced my brakes and rotors within an hour he was quick and efficient and very knowledgeable in his craft. Very painless, quick, and easy at a decent price. Mechanic was on time, friendly, and flexible and was able to quickly replace my battery in a broken down car in a private garage in less than a hour. Recommended.
I was told by a shop I didn’t need rotors but my brakes were stuck. I called Instant Car Fix and a mechanic showed up and explained that with stuck calipers my brakes were constantly engaged and for sure heated my rotors and there was a high probability they were warped and explained that replacing the rotors along with the bad calipers and worn brakes is the only way to go and be safe. Don’t go with backyard mechanics or a shop that tells you different. If you brakes are stuck and overheating the rotor, be safe to yourself and other drivers Replace the rotors along with the calipers and brake pads. It’s a lot cheaper to replace rotors while it’s already being serviced than it is after it’s all back together. INSTANT CAR FIX IS NOT OUT FOR MONEY. THEY ARE OUT TO KEEP YOU SAFE. No shop would have explained all that. They would have waited for you to come back and spend more money on warped rotors. These guys are honest and professional and care about the safety of the customers and other drivers. THESE GUYS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO. 110% SATISFIED.
