I can’t say enough about this company especially if you have NO ONE to help you even get to a mechanic shop. I was recently in the hospital and my battery died in my car. Thank goodness I found Instant car fix because they were a life saver. Not only was the mechanic Amari not fantastic, but he even came on time. He changed my battery and was so professional while doing his job. I liked his work so much I’m having him come out next week to do my tuneup because unfortunately my spark plugs need to be changed and I am years overdue which is also why my car is still struggling to turn over. I was told by a shop I didn’t need rotors but my brakes were stuck. I called Instant Car Fix and a mechanic showed up and explained that with stuck calipers my brakes were constantly engaged and for sure heated my rotors and there was a high probability they were warped and explained that replacing the rotors along with the bad calipers and worn brakes is the only way to go and be safe. Don’t go with backyard mechanics or a shop that tells you different. If you brakes are stuck and overheating the rotor, be safe to yourself and other drivers Replace the rotors along with the calipers and brake pads. It’s a lot cheaper to replace rotors while it’s already being serviced than it is after it’s all back together. INSTANT CAR FIX IS NOT OUT FOR MONEY. THEY ARE OUT TO KEEP YOU SAFE. No shop would have explained all that. They would have waited for you to come back and spend more money on warped rotors. These guys are honest and professional and care about the safety of the customers and other drivers. THESE GUYS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO. 110% SATISFIED.
The water pump went bad on our car, found instant car fix. Easy to schedule a repair and had it replaced on a Sunday and didn’t have to tow the vehicle or wait for the slow repair shops. He was a bit behind schedule and I was getting a bit nervous, but once he arrived, he knocked out the job super quick and I'm back on the road again. Would use again if I need to. Thank you for the service.
