I'm not able to leave my home during the day due to working from home...so I needed a mechanic who can come to me...The mechanic they sent was fantastic (his name was Steven)...he drove in from Pennsylvania on short notice to make sure my brake pads were fixed before I left on my trip. I am very happy with the responsiveness, but also the quality of the Steven.

It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! Ahmad came and replaced my alternator. He was extremely kind, fixed it in no tim, knew exactly what he was doing. I had a guy here for 3 hours trying to take it apart before Ahmad came and he had it out within 5 minutes
The tech was a nice knowledgeable guy,who taught me something I really didnt know,,other techs didnt tell me in those terms about the issue he was there to repair,,and he could have did the repair anyway,,I wouldn't have known the difference,,but instead he gave my car a diagnosis and showed me the real problem,,which was cheaper than the original problem i thought I had,I choose not to get it done at that time,cause it did take a while longer than I liked,,because by the time the tech got to my house,,I was really pressed for time for a prior engagement, but I'll get in touch with them again in the future✌🏿
