I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.
It was an amazing experience. The technician was very polite and listened to everything I said carefully and provided all the answers and showed proof of everything he did without asking. I will use their services again for sure!
This is probably the most honest shop I ever came to in my lifetime. The mechanic check car out and job was 1200 dollar job the mechanic realized that job that was needed was on recall for my car at the dealership so instead of doing job taking my money he guided me to exact shop to get job done for free. This is a well trusted integrity carshop
Got my brakes and calipers changed and told them to check out the car to see if I need anything else fixed. My car is 8 years old and it feels like I'm driving it like it was the day I got the car. The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.

Scheduled appt for next day and fixed issues. Explained issues both days, courteous and prompt. Very reasonably priced, will use them again for sure
