He didn’t rush either and answered my questions with exact direct answers which provided me more confidence in this process! This five star review is for the mechanic, Justin, who came out to fix my truck and an additional car. He was really amazing. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He completed the job quickly with no hassle. I would recomend his services to anyone. He absolutely knows what he is doing. If it wasn't for Justin, I would have given this review a one or two stars. The process of making an appointment was frustrating with a lot of hoops. The initial representative was rushed and placed the order before I could finish telling him that I had two vehicles that needed work. This led to some mix ups and they ended up trying to send two mechanics instead of just one. I even emailed screenshots of my order which had both cars listed and they still tried to send two mechanics.
Complete engine service that also included valve cover and other optional services. Instantcar Fix. It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! Might I add the warranty on the job for service work is unmatched. Great company to work with and I will continue to work with them! Happy Customer!

Greg Mechanic showed up on time got straight to work. He did the job and did it well he double checked his work and walked me through what he did and explained everything very well. He’s a great mechanic very nice and respectful to me and my truck. He got the job done in a good timely manner. Easy to talk to all around great guy. I would definitely call on him again if i ever need another mechanic. Everything seems to be working great even got my cleaning exhaust filter working somehow and It’s the first time i have seen that notification show up and I have had the truck for about a year. He even gave me a few tips on how to keep my injectors clean of soot and how to keep them spraying evenly. Thank you man. GREAT WORK!!!

My Honda Accord had a battery alarm, and I was looking for a good technician to fix it. A friend of mine referred me to Instant Car Fix and said they are very good and hassle-free. So, I called Instant Car Fix, and they responded immediately and scheduled for diagnosis within few hours. The technician was knowledgeable and had experience with servicing cars. He told me that the alternator was the issue and needs replacement. I went online and booked an appointment to replace the alternator and belt. When I compared the price, the instant car fix price was highly reasonable, and moreover, I liked the professionalism of the technician. The technician arrived on time with replacement parts of good quality and irrespective of that day being a scorching hot summer day, the technician patiently replaced the faulty alternator and fixed my car. He also tested for any other issues. Overall, I am very much pleased and happy with the service and would highly recommend Instant Car Fix for any car related services.
