I was pleasantly surprised by the how easy they made the process my car needed q new starter and they came out that day diagnosed the problem and even try to fix it that very day instead the next morning they were waiting to fix it as soon as I got up my car is running I didn't have to pay for a tow and both mechanics I met were very nice they always stayed in touch with me as I was waiting even the girls so far as to respond well into the night promptly I would most definitely recommend trying them out it cost the same if not less than taking it somewhere and the results are even better
Usually my max is 4 stars but I am impressed with the fact that all the work was done right outside my apartment. It took time but I have an Audi. Special work was needed. The mechanic got it done. When my car wouldn't start in my garage, I scheduled an appointment with Instant Car Fix to have my battery replaced. On the day of my appointment, Rashad called me to inform me that my vehicle has a non-serviceable battery and instructed me to have my vehicle serviced at the car dealership. When I told him I couldn't get the vehicle to the dealership because the battery was dead, he told me about a battery reset button in my vehicle that would provide an auxiliary charge to the battery that would enable me to start my car. It did, and I was able to drive my vehicle to the dealership for service! Rashad then assured me that the fee I paid for a battery replacement would be fully refunded. The staff at Instant Car Fix truly deserves all of the 5-Star reviews they've received - the service they provide is outstanding!
