Got into a little accident with my 2001 L IS300 the wheel studs were bent. And kept grinding on the e brake hardware. Had an instantcarfix mechanic come through to help me find the issue and fix it. Make sure you know your car model well, that way it’s easy to. Communicate with the mechanic about your issue. But everything was straightforward it is expensive but, they get the job done in a timely manner.
I am beyond impressed with this service! My back passenger door was a bit warped and had some nasty scratches after hitting up against a parking garage barrier. Other body shops I contacted told me I'd need a $2,000 door replacement and 5-7 days in the shop - Instant Car Fix offered to help at my place of residence for a fraction of the cost! Jake, Tony and team kept me updated about their progress via text and arrived prepared with all supplies needed. They were very friendly and humble. After about 2 hours, the car looked like nothing had even happened - even more impressive, they did all the work while it remained parked between 2 other cars at my apartment complex! I will definitely consider using their services again- though hopefully not for another accident :) They told me they also do routine maintenance so will keep their card on file!
This is probably the most honest shop I ever came to in my lifetime. The mechanic check car out and job was 1200 dollar job the mechanic realized that job that was needed was on recall for my car at the dealership so instead of doing job taking my money he guided me to exact shop to get job done for free. This is a well trusted integrity carshop

He didn’t rush through the work and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. The whole process felt convenient and professional. Called them and set up the appointment at 8:30,by 10:30 they had sent someone out to fix my tires. He was nice,polite and friendly. Even as cold as it was with feel like temps at 5°. Knowledge, helpful and not after you your money. I miss the call the first time and they still tried to work around my time to get a mechanic out. Yes it can have some wait time but that has to do with the nature of the job. Its convent, about 40 percent cheaper than the dealer offered and nothing they do is out of sight. Very transparent and timely work. I would recommend.
I don't even know where to start! We were 6 hours away from home at an AirBnB in Nokesville VA. It was 3/31, on Easter Sunday, and our starter went out. My first quote was RIDUCULOUS! I contacted Instant Car Fix and their quote was ALMOST HALF! I sent the company a video and they automatically knew that the starter was the problem. Walter arrived before the expected time and was able to fix our 2008 Nissan Titan within 4 hours (the first stater that was bought was bad, and he had to get another, which wasn't his fault.) Our truck was fixed and we were on the road home. Walter was so very nice and knowledgeable. I can't thank the whole crew at Instant Car Fix enough for getting us back on the road to home in Tennessee. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your needs!
