Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. So convenient! Thanks so much!

The first clue was being able to speak with a real live person who seemed genuinely interested in understanding and resolving my repair needs. Kareem, the repair technician, was extremely personable and professional. He expertly performed the repairs, patiently explained the procedures, and offered me suggestions to avoid future problems. Manuel came to my home which is about an hour and 20 minutes away from And still showed up late at night and got my truck running did not stop until he could figure out what the problem was and I would highly recommend him in this company for any mobile Mechanic needs Manuel went above and beyond customer service he worked on my vehicle like it was his own family. I am beyond impressed with this service! My back passenger door was a bit warped and had some nasty scratches after hitting up against a parking garage barrier. Other body shops I contacted told me I'd need a $2,000 door replacement and 5-7 days in the shop - Instant Car Fix offered to help at my place of residence for a fraction of the cost! Jake, Tony and team kept me updated about their progress via text and arrived prepared with all supplies needed. They were very friendly and humble. After about 2 hours, the car looked like nothing had even happened - even more impressive, they did all the work while it remained parked between 2 other cars at my apartment complex! I will definitely consider using their services again- though hopefully not for another accident :) They told me they also do routine maintenance so will keep their card on file!
