Great experience with Instant Car Fix office and Mechanic. Mechanic was very thorough and explained in details the work he will be performing, he did a great job for 40k service on my car. Dealer quality service in my own driveway for less than dealership cost.
These people were great to work with. Jason patiently answered my questions and booked my repair. They arrived on time and the technician was fast and efficient. Great experience all around! I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
The tech who came out was personable and professional. He went above and beyond in diagnosing and repairing the issue with our truck. In fact, he found a problem within a few moments that had been missed by another mechanic. We really appreciate the great work he did, plus it was on a Saturday night.

Replaced brake pads and rotors on my 2013 Chevy Equinox. I am traveling to attend a wedding in Virginia and drove from Chicago. Having car problem in Northern Virginia where I don’t know anyone. RJ was very friendly and helped me fix my car promptly with very reasonable price. Mechanic came to my hotel and changed the brake pads and rotors on my rear wheels. Very good experience!! We were traveling and when our car lost an alternator we were panicking. Acting on a friends tip we reached out and Gaurav and company treated us very nicely and we were all set in 4 hours with work that would have taken 3 times as much time and perhaps twice the money.
Sergio did an outstanding job replacing my brake pads and rotors. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. My brakes are now working perfectly, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend Sergio for any automotive needs!
