And the expense was pretty reasonable, well worth it given this level of service. Would definitely use these folks again.

He walked me through every step of the repair without making anything confusing. The best part was how convenient it was to have everything done at home. No waiting in a shop or dealing with delays. Honest people is what I want to say. I got a quote from dealership of couple thousand dollars. They suggested brakes, thermostat, control arm, serpentine belt on a car with just 40K miles on it. I got the car back and asked for instant car fix folks to estimate for all the OEM parts and labor. They came in way low in price. So i was very happy but still not sure about the service since this is new company. On the appointment date They came in with certified mechanic, he looked at brakes and said it still is at 8mm (vs 1 mm which dealership said). Thermostat is working perfectly fine, when I asked him to check control arm bushing, the mechanic was almost laughing. Guess what, they didn’t have to fix anything. The car was ok and more importantly these guys are super honest. They could have changed everything and charged me couple thousand bucks but were happy with just diagnosis fee. Can you believe these kind of honest company exists in marketplace. On the other hand I feel like suing the dealer.

I have never used a mobile mechanic before. Tom was amazing! He drove two hours to get to me and sat and heard my sob story and made sure I was good to go. He did a wonderful job making sure my car was ready to be on the road and that I was comfortable . He was very knowledgable and professional! I would highly recommend him!
Jeff was the mechanic who arrived to fix the steering lever bushing. He was very pleasant to work with. He explained and presented the issues he found which assured me that the problem that I suspected was the actual issue which kept me informed. He explaned the process and then fixed the problem. I had called other mobile repair services but none would follow up. Glad that I called Instant Car Fix. After booking the service I was a little concerned, the customer service was excellent and Jeff was outstanding. This call saved me a tow fee.
Just got an oil change done - amazing experience- didn’t have to go anywhere , watched the guy put in full 5 quarts of branded synthetic oil in front of my eyes. Signup and appointment setup was fluid too.
Very painless, quick, and easy at a decent price. Mechanic was on time, friendly, and flexible and was able to quickly replace my battery in a broken down car in a private garage in less than a hour. Recommended.
