This is my first time using Instant Car Fix and I had great experience. Lower radiator hose on my Honda pilot gave up and I lost all the coolant. I scheduled an appointment the same day and Mike and his co-worker came around 6pm. They both worked hard and completed the job successfully and that too during a very cold and windy evening. Instant Car Fix is honestly one of the best discoveries I’ve made. I’ve always dreaded taking my car to the shop because it eats up my whole day, but this service changed everything. The mechanic arrived at my home exactly when scheduled, was very respectful, and explained what needed to be done before starting. He worked efficiently, double-checked everything afterward, and made sure I was happy with the result. My car runs perfectly now, and I didn’t even have to leave my driveway.

I heard about this place through a friend of mine. When I looked into them I seen the raving reviews looked at the pricing the fact that they come to you made it easier as my brake pads were bad so I didn't want to drive it anywhere to cause more damage. Long story short Steve got here on a Sunday morning around 10:40 am and he was done with my brake pads by 12:00 pm the guy was here in a timely manner, he was very cool respectful and very knowledgeable . He even had me test drive it to make sure the brakes were good before he left . I will be using them for all my car repairs best thing since sliced bread.

Secondly, I was happy they allow you to get work done TODAY if you really need it, for a small added fee. Thirdly, the guy they sent, Sergio, did a great job, and explained many details. I was glad too, because this transmission needed a new filter and proper OEM fluid....I had the wrong fluid in (red/pink) and it probably was not doing this high-mileage Cherokee any good. I highly recommend these folks: Isaac who helped with the online scheduling via the phone; and Sergio, for the professional job he did. Instant Car Fix is a much-needed service for anyone in the area and the whole system is easy/quick to do online. Lastly, they do anything & everything for cars and trucks -- not just brakes, shocks & oil changes.....I highly recommend!
The gentleman that worked on getting me a mechanic was very nice, efficient and communicated well. He kept me informed as as to when the mechanic was coming. Then when he would be arriving. Eli drove a long way to get here, but he immediately went to work until he accomplished the request. We were very pleased with his professionalism and efficiency. ive seen some bad reviews but my mechanic came on time and did the job that I needed .. my personal experience was 10/10... ..it seems like they contract local mechanics and send them to do the job but again 10/10 for my experience today I will recommend

Bit of a language barrier with the particular mechanic I got, but he was very friendly and patient, so we worked through it without issue.
