Wonderful service- I would highly recommend!!! Our Honda’s starter went out on us on a Sunday. After it proved too much for us to self fix, I posted a project on Yelp- I’m so glad Instant Car Fix reached out. With a few communications back and forth we had everything lined up for servicing Monday. There was great day-of communication as well, which was helpful as my car was not close to home. The service tech was very nice and when we discovered that we (the owners) had bought the wrong replacement part, Instant Car Fix was able to source and get the right one to complete the service same day. I live out of state and called Instant Car Fox to do a pre purchase inspection on a car I was looking at buying. The scheduling online was so easy and they sent a mechanic out within the hour, who texted me updates throughout the inspection and called me after to discuss and answer my questions. Very professional, fast, service!
I had rotors and brake pads change. My brakes started squeaking. The clip was put in wrong and started cutting into my rotors. I paid them to have a diagnosis. The guy showed the clip was not flush to the caliper. Pictures were taken. Showed not fault they did not want to replace my rotor. They are garbage
All good, the mechanic texted prior to arrival, professional, courteous, super nice, Niko, Nico is his name, very knowledgeable. Starter replacement and oil change in my front yard on a lowered 7 series BMW 750LI. The car is too low to take it anywhere to get the oil change so this service is highly recommended. Super convenient having it done at my house, love it. Thank you guys, thank you Nico.
