Called them and set up the appointment at 8:30,by 10:30 they had sent someone out to fix my tires. He was nice,polite and friendly. Even as cold as it was with feel like temps at 5°. Jeff was the mechanic who arrived to fix the steering lever bushing. He was very pleasant to work with. He explained and presented the issues he found which assured me that the problem that I suspected was the actual issue which kept me informed. He explaned the process and then fixed the problem. I had called other mobile repair services but none would follow up. Glad that I called Instant Car Fix. After booking the service I was a little concerned, the customer service was excellent and Jeff was outstanding. This call saved me a tow fee.
These people were great to work with. Jason patiently answered my questions and booked my repair. They arrived on time and the technician was fast and efficient. Great experience all around! I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
If you’re stuck and feel that you need a mechanic right away and in the Fairfax county this is for you! The mechanic that they send me was Sergio and he was really good and expert! He explained everything to me and provided the best opinion. I recommend the service and if you could ask for Sergio it’s a plus! The costumer service is the best and always communicating
Excellent service! I ordered the same day service and the mechanic was at my house within a couple of hours. The mechanic was friendly and professional. Firestone used to offer curbside service on cars and I used them for years, but they stopped sending mechanics to my area. I could have been more happy with Instant Car Fix today!!!! They will be my go to curb side mechanics from now on! Fantastic job and HIGHLY recomended!!! I could not be happier. The only thing they could work on...I was told that I would be given a 30 minute "heads up" when my mechanic came to my house. I was not...I was called when the mechanic was already at my house. Not the end of the world. I was working from home so I could get him started on the work on our car. Much later in the afternoon, after the work was done on my car, I received a text that a mechanic was on his way to my location. No one every showed up...just noting for Instant Car Fix Inc that they should do a better job notifying clients of when mechanics will arrive. But the service was fantastic! I will use them again and I appreciate their services.
Calim (spelljng?) Was great. Very curious and explained the process as he worked on the car. Described different things that could be the issue and started with the minor issues first. The car cranked finally after not being able to. He advised there may be some other issues to tend to once we were ready for him to fix those we can book through instant fix again and he will work on those issues as well. Pleased with the overall services and will use instant car fix again in the future.
