They gave me a no-nonsense quote. They kept open lines of communication, which is a huge deal for me when it comes to customer service. Fast response, good communication via text, and very friendly and efficient mechanic. My mechanic was Sergio and he was phenomenal. My vehicle wouldn't start or jump start and needed a new battery. The reviews for this business were excellent and as law enforcement, I research things very thoroughly to avoid possible scams. I also compared prices with past battery costs and past dealer costs. Your company is fairly priced and efficient, and I very much appreciate that it is available for cars to be serviced at home or another location. It saved me a tow and a trip to the dealer for what was a straightforward issue to fix. I will definitely use the company again and I also did a Facebook post and tagged y'all 😊

I’m terrible with names so I can’t remember who it was, it I just had someone out here fixing my husbands car. He was able to confirm the battery was bad, and managed to fix it. Over the four other mechanics I tried to get a hold of, this is the only place that actually answered and took care of the issue. Will use again if one of the cars fails to start

The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.
