It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! Might I add the warranty on the job for service work is unmatched. Great company to work with and I will continue to work with them! Happy Customer!
I admit I was hesitant at first, but i needed new brake pads and didn't feel like driving to my mechanic out of worry of making them worse. But sure enough, someone came out (sorry I didn't get the name!), fixed the pads, gave some good advice, and no other fees..all in 45 minutes! I highly recommend this service, especially if you're in a time crunch.
Simply Awesome experience ! Would highly recommend them for folks who really value their time and look for quality service . The service was smooth also pointed out other issues with my car which helped to take corrective measures .
I can’t say enough about this company especially if you have NO ONE to help you even get to a mechanic shop. I was recently in the hospital and my battery died in my car. Thank goodness I found Instant car fix because they were a life saver. Not only was the mechanic Amari not fantastic, but he even came on time. He changed my battery and was so professional while doing his job. I liked his work so much I’m having him come out next week to do my tuneup because unfortunately my spark plugs need to be changed and I am years overdue which is also why my car is still struggling to turn over. Ahmad came and replaced my alternator. He was extremely kind, fixed it in no tim, knew exactly what he was doing. I had a guy here for 3 hours trying to take it apart before Ahmad came and he had it out within 5 minutes
The good thing is that you can easily have a chat with them on Yelp and get a quote. Then you can book an appointment online. So everything is really smooth and you know the process, time, and price in advance. The mobile mechanic came to my place and did the job as it should.

My wife why you didn’t do it yourself, because I don’t know what I am doing. Sergio just completed half the work. Sergio explained to me that my vehicle requires additional repairs, and showed me the condition of my old part. I am completely satisfied with the repair.
