I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.
Excellent customer service. Sergio was very knowledgeable and clearly explained each step to us. The front desk was very helpful in addressing a parts related challenge. All work was completed the same day.

I was a little skeptical because I never used a mobile mechanic before but Keegan was very knowledgeable and got the job done I got my brake pads replaced and he did it in a timely manner. Great experience. Car was serviced without having to leave home, wait in the lounge; all done while I continue to live, work and do what I need to be doing. Tech was courteous and explained what was being done. Car is “back” in order. Not quite magic, but it might as well be.
Recently got my brakes fixed by instant car. Fix the mechanic named Dre came through as expected and replaced my brakes and rotors within an hour he was quick and efficient and very knowledgeable in his craft. I'd highly recommend instant car fix to anyone in the future and will be using them again. Thank you

I liked that nothing felt rushed and there was no pressure at all. The work was done cleanly and efficiently. This kind of service really saves time and removes the usual stress of car repairs.
I used Yelp Projects to get the ball rolling. They texted me at 1pm. Had a dude out in my driveway at 3pm. Swapped the differential oil in both diffs and hour later. Extremely nice technician. Will use them again!!
