The mechanic was absolutely stellar. He diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed the problem with confidence, and took the time to walk me through exactly what he did. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I understood the repair. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. Option 2 — More casual and personal This mechanic was awesome. Not only did he fix the problem, he actually took the time to explain what went wrong and how he solved it. You don’t get that kind of patience or honesty from everyone. He knew what he was doing, worked efficiently, and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair before he left. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic.
The AC in my car wasn’t blowing cold air, and I didn’t have time to sit at a shop. Instant Car Fix sent a technician who diagnosed the issue as a bad compressor relay and replaced it in under an hour. Super convenient!
I was kinda of nervous initially with a mobile mechanic, however all my worries became non existent. The entire process is seamless , from the service reps who follow up with you after scheduling online to mechanic arriving to your location. The fact that any work can be done from your home is a plus . My truck was stalling while idling , I replaced the part that was causing the issue , I explained to the mechanic once he arrived that I recently replaced the throttle body . During the diagnosis he programmed the throttle to my truck and waited awhile ,after to ensure that was the fix to the issue. Once that was we resolved I was advised that I may need a few minor fixes in the future but overall I was good to go . I highly recommend Instant car fix and will most definitely reach out to them for any future issues. The entire process went smoother than any experience that I’ve ever had with any mechanic shop!!! I got a quote for my BMW 3281 oil valve gasket replacement online and the quote was lower than the usual mechanic I use. They showed up at my house within a few days and had all the tools and parts necessary. The mechanic used to work at the BMW dealership. He did a great job and was organized and kept everything clean. He also did the job in shorter time than originally expected and was able to save the valve cover even though he thought it might break when he removed it because it was so sealed on there. I was very impressed and will use them again.
Noah is the Man!!!!! Had an issue with grat shift being stuck in reverse. Not only did he get here very quickly but his work wa amazing. Im happy to say my car is baxk on the road and the gear shift is working properly. Noah saved the day!!!!! Very grateful and appreciative
Awesome service! After visiting 2 shops who were overcharging and adding unnecessary items to my quote, I called a mechanic for my brakes that were urgently needed. He had me buy the parts because he was "on his way". He was a no show and I had already spent the money. I wished "Mobile Mechanics" were a thing so I didn't have to return them and go to a shop. I googled Moble Mechanics and found Instant Car Fix! Not only do they come to you but they give you the option of supplying the parts! It sounded to good to be true. I went through the process, got a quote, chose a timeframe and entered payment details (a hold is placed to ensure you have the funds before service is provided), booked the service and prayed they could get the work done before I had to get the kids from school. The mechanic arrived within the quoted window frame and already had my tires off by the time I came out to give him the parts/keys. It took about 30 minutes total! Instant Car communicated when the mechanic was on his way, arrived and needed me outside via text message. It was very convenient, affordable and quick. Damien (sp?) the mechanic was very professional and courteous. He even discussed other concerns I will need addressed soon. We recently lost our mechanic we have had for 15 years because he moved down south. The rates Instant Car charged were about the same as my prior mechanics :) This service was a life saver! Highly recommended! They will be my go place for regular maintenance. Thank you!

The mechanic explained everything he was doing and gave me some helpful hints for things I could do myself. It was so much nicer than having to make an appointment, drive to a repair shop and then wait until they could get to my car. I’m a very happy customer.
