I scheduled brake service after my dealer said I would need to do it. I assumed that the rear brakes are what required service. When the technician came he checked the brakes and told me the rear brakes were as good as new. They serviced the front brakes on another appointment. I was very impressed by the honesty and efficiency, with no attempt to up-sell unnecesary work. All at very reasonable rates, especially compared to the dealership. Will definitely use them again.
This is probably the most honest shop I ever came to in my lifetime. The mechanic check car out and job was 1200 dollar job the mechanic realized that job that was needed was on recall for my car at the dealership so instead of doing job taking my money he guided me to exact shop to get job done for free. This is a well trusted integrity carshop

I was kinda of nervous initially with a mobile mechanic, however all my worries became non existent. The entire process is seamless , from the service reps who follow up with you after scheduling online to mechanic arriving to your location. The fact that any work can be done from your home is a plus . My truck was stalling while idling , I replaced the part that was causing the issue , I explained to the mechanic once he arrived that I recently replaced the throttle body . During the diagnosis he programmed the throttle to my truck and waited awhile ,after to ensure that was the fix to the issue. Once that was we resolved I was advised that I may need a few minor fixes in the future but overall I was good to go . I highly recommend Instant car fix and will most definitely reach out to them for any future issues. The entire process went smoother than any experience that I’ve ever had with any mechanic shop!!! I booked this service with less than 24 hours notice, and true to their promise, they delivered with no delay. I live in another state, so I sent them to visit a cargo van I was interested in near DC. I was told by the seller the transmission had a "kick", so I asked them to pay close attention to it. The mechanic they sent, Lee, did a full inspection and took the extra time to give me a call and walk me through his observations on the overall condition of the vehicle, including the engine and the transmission, and the work that I'll likely have to put into it. They gave me enough info to negotiate with the seller and not overpay for the van. Would use them again 100%.
My technician, Sergio, arrived right on time and I got a heads-up email when the ETA was a little over half an hour, as promised in the confirmation email I got when setting up the service call the day before. Sergio and his helper were fast, friendly, and professional, and the invoice I received by email shortly after the work was completed thoroughly documented the work, including photos of readings and measurements showing the expected results. And the expense was pretty reasonable, well worth it given this level of service. Would definitely use these folks again.
