I was pleasantly surprised by the how easy they made the process my car needed q new starter and they came out that day diagnosed the problem and even try to fix it that very day instead the next morning they were waiting to fix it as soon as I got up my car is running I didn't have to pay for a tow and both mechanics I met were very nice they always stayed in touch with me as I was waiting even the girls so far as to respond well into the night promptly I would most definitely recommend trying them out it cost the same if not less than taking it somewhere and the results are even better
After checking the reviews, I scheduled an appointment to have my front and rear brakes replaced by Instant Car Fix service. The technician arrived around 5:30 pm and went straight to work. Around 8:00pm, he was finished, and I was out test driving the car, totally pleased with the results of the installation. I am so pleased that I am scheduling another service. Thanks

Not only did he fix the problem, he actually took the time to explain what went wrong and how he solved it. You don’t get that kind of patience or honesty from everyone. He knew what he was doing, worked efficiently, and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair before he left. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic.

Everything was handled smoothly, and the convenience of at-home service was a huge plus. This kind of experience makes car repairs far less stressful.
My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.
I needed my alternator and serpentine drive belt replaced. The mechanic showed up on time, was polite, and got the job done! The pricing was reasonable and my car was fixed in my driveway. Will absolutely go back to this company for my next car repair :)
