I booked this service with less than 24 hours notice, and true to their promise, they delivered with no delay. I live in another state, so I sent them to visit a cargo van I was interested in near DC. I was told by the seller the transmission had a "kick", so I asked them to pay close attention to it. The mechanic they sent, Lee, did a full inspection and took the extra time to give me a call and walk me through his observations on the overall condition of the vehicle, including the engine and the transmission, and the work that I'll likely have to put into it. They gave me enough info to negotiate with the seller and not overpay for the van. Would use them again 100%.
My LR3 overheated and I ruined a lot of parts (thermostat housing, radiator, etc!) These guys came to my home and fixed it. They were very professional and forthcoming with information. It’s a pretty straightforward process and the mechanic knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to use them again. I also got a belt replaced that I needed to do anyways. 10 out of 10. I love my SUV and they got to it right away and kept in touch throughout the process of waiting for parts and etc.
Very knowledgeable about cars. My car wouldn't start so he couldn't give me a diagnosis. so he suggested something that could be the reason and sure enough that was it. He was very polite and had patience.
These guys are amazing I booked an appointment with them for a different date, but they texted me saying we have the parts and can come over the same day in the evening and can do the service. They are that fast and reliable service I ever seen. The mechanic who came over for the service is real good, I feel bad about not have the space he need to do the service as I don’t have the drive way so need to park in parking spaces which I have. But the mechanic took the challenge and did it anyway, sorry guys.
This was my first time using Instacart and it was wonderful. The mechanic was amazing. It didn’t even take him long. He told me step-by-step what he was gonna do to fix my truck and he did it. Well I believe his name was Jose. He was very polite and I will definitely be using you all again Thank you so much.
My car's AC stopped working during a heatwave. The mobile mechanic came to my office, diagnosed the issue, and had it blowing cold air again in no time. The mobile service is incredibly convenient for my busy schedule.
Payment process was easy, everyone I dealt with was nice, fixing the blown fuse was pretty simple and may have taken less time if it hadn't been storming all week. I would use the services again. Thank you guys!!
The gentleman that worked on getting me a mechanic was very nice, efficient and communicated well. He kept me informed as as to when the mechanic was coming. Then when he would be arriving. Eli drove a long way to get here, but he immediately went to work until he accomplished the request. We were very pleased with his professionalism and efficiency. I needed a serpentine belt and tensioner replaced. Other shops quoted me at $900 and 2 hours, but Instant Car Fix charge $600 and did it in 30 minutes. Work was good, and the mechanic was very friendly. Car's driving smooth as butter 😎
