Awesome service! After visiting 2 shops who were overcharging and adding unnecessary items to my quote, I called a mechanic for my brakes that were urgently needed. He had me buy the parts because he was "on his way". He was a no show and I had already spent the money. I wished "Mobile Mechanics" were a thing so I didn't have to return them and go to a shop. I googled Moble Mechanics and found Instant Car Fix! Not only do they come to you but they give you the option of supplying the parts! It sounded to good to be true. I went through the process, got a quote, chose a timeframe and entered payment details (a hold is placed to ensure you have the funds before service is provided), booked the service and prayed they could get the work done before I had to get the kids from school. The mechanic arrived within the quoted window frame and already had my tires off by the time I came out to give him the parts/keys. It took about 30 minutes total! Instant Car communicated when the mechanic was on his way, arrived and needed me outside via text message. It was very convenient, affordable and quick. Damien (sp?) the mechanic was very professional and courteous. He even discussed other concerns I will need addressed soon. We recently lost our mechanic we have had for 15 years because he moved down south. The rates Instant Car charged were about the same as my prior mechanics :) This service was a life saver! Highly recommended! They will be my go place for regular maintenance. Thank you!
The water pump went bad on our car, found instant car fix. Easy to schedule a repair and had it replaced on a Sunday and didn’t have to tow the vehicle or wait for the slow repair shops. I’m very satisfied with the service I received. The mechanic arrived prepared and took his time diagnosing the problem instead of guessing. He explained the repair step by step and made sure I was comfortable before starting. The repair was completed efficiently and tested thoroughly. It was a huge relief not having to visit a shop or arrange transportation. Overall, a very professional and reliable experience.

My car wouldn't start. The service manager, Gaurav, was very helpful promptly scheduling the needed service. The starter motor was replaced, and the car starts fine now. I am very satisfied with the prompt service provided at very reasonable cost.
The mechanic James was extremely helpful in diagnosing and explaining the problems and how it would be fixed. He made sure to get the proper part we needed and was able to get it fixed quickly. He ran the engine to insure it was fully fixed and that there were no additional problems.
