He worked steadily and made sure the problem was fully resolved. I liked that there was no pressure and no unnecessary extras. The whole process felt transparent and easy. Having this level of service at home was a big relief.
Amazing service. I work on my own car but had a cv axel stuck and was done trying to pry it out. I called them and paid ahead of time for service to be done the next day. The mechanic calls and shows up an hour later, which was even better. You can tell he had a lot of experience and tools because he got the axel out in 30 minutes, while it took me 6 hours and a lot of cuss words and got no where. Pricing was average if not cheaper . I feel like VA car and tire would have charged me double and I would have had to drop it off. Great experience, I will use them again if needed.

It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! Might I add the warranty on the job for service work is unmatched. Great company to work with and I will continue to work with them! Happy Customer!

He replaced the battery quickly, tested everything, and made sure my car started perfectly. The mechanic was polite, patient, and very professional. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on them when something goes wrong.
ive seen some bad reviews but my mechanic came on time and did the job that I needed .. my personal experience was 10/10... ..it seems like they contract local mechanics and send them to do the job but again 10/10 for my experience today I will recommend
My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Hence, I was calling my friends and mechanic for help. They all said that the hybrid electric system different from traditional combustion engine car. They have no knowledge on new model hybrids car battery system. Recommend me to bring back to the dealer. The problem is my car cannot move. Hence I google around and find the Instant Car Fix Inc. it can send certified mechanic to my house. That’s perfect fit on my case. I call them immediately, originally I was hesitating, but better than call the toll truck to toll my car back to the dealer. The company quickly send a very professional experienced mechanic to my house within 5 min. He start up my car and inspected my car battery condition plus diagnose my car other area to make sure no other issues. The mechanic so professional and very patiently to listern your descriptions of your car problem before starting the diagnosis your car issue. Shoutout to Christian! Excellent service and great attitude, not only did he fix the issue with my car but he also pointed out a potential issue with my exhaust system! Start to finish was about 15 minutes the most so definitely efficient and effective.
I had rotors and brake pads change. My brakes started squeaking. The clip was put in wrong and started cutting into my rotors. I paid them to have a diagnosis. The guy showed the clip was not flush to the caliper. Pictures were taken. Showed not fault they did not want to replace my rotor. They are garbage
