I'm not able to leave my home during the day due to working from home...so I needed a mechanic who can come to me...The mechanic they sent was fantastic (his name was Steven)...he drove in from Pennsylvania on short notice to make sure my brake pads were fixed before I left on my trip. I am very happy with the responsiveness, but also the quality of the Steven.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Especially as a female! Not only was I treated with respect, the mechanic spent time with me to explain things! He went, what I would consider, above and beyond!!! I would use this guy as my mechanic for the rest of my life! If somebody could contact me so that I can give him a tip I would greatly appreciate it I'm going to try to get in touch with them right now. Thx again. This five star review is for the mechanic, Justin, who came out to fix my truck and an additional car. He was really amazing. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He completed the job quickly with no hassle. I would recomend his services to anyone. He absolutely knows what he is doing. If it wasn't for Justin, I would have given this review a one or two stars. The process of making an appointment was frustrating with a lot of hoops. The initial representative was rushed and placed the order before I could finish telling him that I had two vehicles that needed work. This led to some mix ups and they ended up trying to send two mechanics instead of just one. I even emailed screenshots of my order which had both cars listed and they still tried to send two mechanics.
Got my brakes and calipers changed and told them to check out the car to see if I need anything else fixed. My car is 8 years old and it feels like I'm driving it like it was the day I got the car. Can't thank Instant Car Fixed enough for their work! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest auto repair that has fair prices!

This is my first time using Instant Car Fix and I had great experience. Lower radiator hose on my Honda pilot gave up and I lost all the coolant. I scheduled an appointment the same day and Mike and his co-worker came around 6pm. They both worked hard and completed the job successfully and that too during a very cold and windy evening. I am satisfied at the professionalism and quality of work. I will definitely use their service again.
Amazing service. I work on my own car but had a cv axel stuck and was done trying to pry it out. I called them and paid ahead of time for service to be done the next day. The mechanic calls and shows up an hour later, which was even better. You can tell he had a lot of experience and tools because he got the axel out in 30 minutes, while it took me 6 hours and a lot of cuss words and got no where. Pricing was average if not cheaper . I feel like VA car and tire would have charged me double and I would have had to drop it off. Great experience, I will use them again if needed.
