I am beyond impressed with this service! My back passenger door was a bit warped and had some nasty scratches after hitting up against a parking garage barrier. Other body shops I contacted told me I'd need a $2,000 door replacement and 5-7 days in the shop - Instant Car Fix offered to help at my place of residence for a fraction of the cost! Jake, Tony and team kept me updated about their progress via text and arrived prepared with all supplies needed. They were very friendly and humble. After about 2 hours, the car looked like nothing had even happened - even more impressive, they did all the work while it remained parked between 2 other cars at my apartment complex! I will definitely consider using their services again- though hopefully not for another accident :) They told me they also do routine maintenance so will keep their card on file!
My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Hence, I was calling my friends and mechanic for help. They all said that the hybrid electric system different from traditional combustion engine car. They have no knowledge on new model hybrids car battery system. Recommend me to bring back to the dealer. The problem is my car cannot move. Hence I google around and find the Instant Car Fix Inc. it can send certified mechanic to my house. That’s perfect fit on my case. I call them immediately, originally I was hesitating, but better than call the toll truck to toll my car back to the dealer. The company quickly send a very professional experienced mechanic to my house within 5 min. He start up my car and inspected my car battery condition plus diagnose my car other area to make sure no other issues. The mechanic so professional and very patiently to listern your descriptions of your car problem before starting the diagnosis your car issue. Wonderful service- I would highly recommend!!! Our Honda’s starter went out on us on a Sunday. After it proved too much for us to self fix, I posted a project on Yelp- I’m so glad Instant Car Fix reached out. With a few communications back and forth we had everything lined up for servicing Monday. There was great day-of communication as well, which was helpful as my car was not close to home. The service tech was very nice and when we discovered that we (the owners) had bought the wrong replacement part, Instant Car Fix was able to source and get the right one to complete the service same day. Completely happy with communication, prices and convenience.
Usually my max is 4 stars but I am impressed with the fact that all the work was done right outside my apartment. It took time but I have an Audi. Special work was needed. The mechanic got it done. I took a chance on a shop that I was unfamiliar with. I love my car and I won’t allow just anyone to fix it. I will recommend them whenever I am able. Thanks.
I needed a new battery delivered and installed in my Jeep. Despite the fact that the first booking was a no-show, it turned out fine. Marco and Tico from Tico's Finest showed up and put the new battery in quickly and efficiently. Both guys were very professional, polite and friendly. Great service!
