WARNING _ I read BBB review and I almost didn't proceed - Buy was I happy to have leaned on Google reviews. Service was "perfect" truly perfect! highly recommanded! The communications between us: email and sms, was fantastic and equally important :L the service was On time, on budget and super quality!
Paid for a pre-purchase inspection on an out of state car, and the mechanic found several issues, including signs that the A/C compressor was going out. Have already set up another appointment with Instant Car Fix to look at another car I'm considering. They helped me dodge a bullet.

No need of begging for loaners and thinking about precise time when you need to drive to the repair shop to not conflict with meetings. The technician was really professional explained all my questions and even found out a axle problem that i would not have not until disaster would have struck. Both Gaurav and Rajeev (owners) are amazing people to talk to and have a wealth of information about servicing diff kinds of cars/suvs. Lastly prices are very very reasonable and booking can be done online completely. They have a very seamless web page and you can also look at the history of all servicing done. Highly recommended !

He was able to pinpoint the battery drain and fix the problem within the two to three hours we discussed. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic.

He was patient, communicative, and made the whole process smooth. The mechanic showed up on time, did a full inspection, test drive, sent pictures, and gave me the honest breakdown I needed. The company kept me updated as to when the mechanic would arrive to perform the diagnostics and informed me of the cost. The mechanic arrived promptly and completed his inspection and diagnosis of the issue, to include showing me what the issue was and explaining what would need to happen to resolve it. The company then sent me an estimate for repair costs along with the typical cost it would take at a regular repair shop. The cost was less expensive with the mobile mechanic. Within one day of placing the order, the parts were available and the mechanic arrived ahead of schedule to replace them. It took two hours and I was quite impressed the mechanic was able to replace the A/C Compressor and the serpentine belt while it was parked in the housing parking lot with another car next to it! Once the mechanic was finished, I was notified promptly and shown the replaced parts and even tested the car by turning it on and went for a test drive. Everything worked perfectly! I highly recommend this mobile mechanic!

He completed the repair carefully and double-checked his work before leaving. Everything was done right in my driveway, which made the experience extremely convenient. It felt honest, efficient, and well organized from start to finish.
